We are a UK based company and our therapists come from around the world. Our hosting provider Contabo adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield”, ensuring that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant.

REGISTRATION DATA

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

PURCHASE DATA

To receive product support, you have to have one or more purchase codes on our website. These purchase codes will be stored together with support expiration dates and your user data. This is required for us to provide you with downloads, product support and other customer services.

SUPPORT DATA

If you have registered on our website and have a valid support account, you can submit support tickets for assistance. 

COMMENTS

When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

CONTACT FORM

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

8. SECURITY MEASURES

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

During the registration process for Registered Users, we will ask you to create an account, which includes a sign-in name (“Sign-In Name”), a password (“Password”), and perhaps certain additional information that will assist in authenticating your identity when you log-in in the future (“Unique Identifiers”). Wellbeing Direct bears no responsibility for the information collected or used by any advertiser or third party website. 11. RELEASE OF YOUR DATA FOR LEGAL PURPOSES

At times it may become necessary or desirable to Wellbeing Direct, for legal purposes, to release your information in response to a request from a government agency or a private litigant. Wellbeing Direct is responsible only for services and products provided by P.Ntaskou (Alice P. Bobolas) and Vishal P. Singh. Wellbeing Direct cannot be held liable to anything related to services advertised on the website and are provided by other providers. Coaches, therapists etc. featured are not the website are not verified by Wellbeing Direct even though we are doing our best to bring you only the best professionals. The client or user of services must exercise his/her own judgement when transferring money and/or making purchases to any person or organisation advertised on the website. If there is a problem, the client is welcome to report it to us, so we can investigate the issue and take measures to remove the therapist/coach who didn’t provide the service to the standard that is required but the client must seek compensation only from the person with whom they set an agreement for the service provision. Wellbeing Direct is not responsible for any benefit or loss coming from use of services provided by the advertised professionals.

Community Guidelines

 

Wellbeing Direct’s community, like any community, functions best when its users follow a few simple rules. By accessing and/or using the Websites, you agree to comply with these community guidelines (the “Community Guidelines”) and that:

Membership at the business directory

It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to your application for a Subscription. By applying for Subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and will provide the most recent version on our website. All information you provide during the application process must be accurate and complete, and it is your responsibility to keep your details up to date. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of any password you create for accessing your account. We will send you a confirmation email on payment of the applicable Subscription Fee. Your Subscription is deemed accepted on the day you receive the email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any subscription at our own discretion.

Subscription Fee

The Subscription Fee may be paid by either:

A single upfront annual payment via credit card on our Website; or

If you wish to pay your Subscription Fee over the telephone, an administration fee will be charged.

We may increase the Subscription Fee from time to time. If we do so, we will give you at least one month’s notice of the intended increase by email and by notice on our Website.

As a Listing Member you have access to a range of member benefits which will change from time to time.

Auto Renewal

If you pay annually, your Subscription will be automatically renewed each year, unless you wish to terminate your subscription.

The Subscription Fee for the forthcoming year will be charged to the same credit card you used on joining, unless you specify otherwise.

If you wish to terminate your Subscription, you must give us notice at least 5 days. If we do not receive notification from you, your Subscription shall be auto-renewed and the applicable Subscription Fee payable.

Refunds

The Subscription Fee is not refundable. We may offer a refund in special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you feel that you deserve a refund, you must contact us in writing outlining the circumstances to our Subscription.

CONDUCT

Wellbeing-Direct.com does not take any responsibility or liability whatsoever for disputes between other subscribers or the public.

There are sections of our Website that are accessible to logged in subscriber and website visitors. By being a subscriber you give authority for some or all of your profile data to be made public. When accessing those sections, you must not:

harass, abuse or harm other subscribers or coaches on the site,

send spam or other unwelcome communication to other subscribers

act in an unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable manner; or

infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including those subscribers or third parties.

We may revoke your Subscription for any reason, including for breach of these Terms.

You agree not to submit any content or communications that could be illegal or serve an unlawful purpose, including, but not limited to communications that are potentially libelous or maliciously false, obscene, abusive, negligent, or otherwise harmful or inappropriate.
